Westmount Physiotherapy and Massage would like to welcome our new RMT Teresa Lohonyai.

Teresa is a graduate from the University of Windsor, where she received an Honours Degree in Human Kinetics. Her passion for sports and rehabilitation led her to Ontario College of Health and Technology, where she graduated from the Accelerated Massage Therapy Program. She has been registered with CMTO since September 2018. Since graduating, Teresa has completed courses in Kinesio taping, orthopaedic bracing, hydrotherapy, and cupping. Teresa is excited to continue this educational journey and looks forward to future courses within her scope of practice.

Teresa has a versatile approach, creating unique and individualized treatments for each patient. She incorporates a combination of deep tissue, myofascial, joint mobilization and exercise prescription, to ensure patients are receiving a functional and effective treatment plan.

Outside of the work environment, Teresa enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running, weight lifting, cycling, and activities with her dog.
