This is also a neat Christmas Gift Idea for the Yoga beginner, new Mom or Yoga enthusiast in your family! See below for our schedule and description of each class. Each session runs for 8 weeks.
Tuesday 6pm-7pm
Yoga Conditioning For Weight Loss: This dynamic practise combines an active vinyasa flow sequence with strengthening poses for optimal body conditioning. Through this class you will begin to cleanse and strengthen the body using traditional Yoga poses in a flowing sequence of movement.
Tuesday 7:15pm-8:15pm
Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that are not exercised. A passive program that involves prolonged duration of poses to build strength. This is a great way to de-stress and relax at the end of your day!
Friday 9:30am-10:30am
Hatha Yoga: Enhance your balance, strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility, as well as a sense of physical confidence and overall well-being. A great way to start your day!
Friday 10:45am-11:45am
Baby & Me Yoga is a class designed for parents and their pre-crawling babies. Spend some quality time with your little one while you focus on postpartum reconditioning for your body through a blend of yoga and pilates. Include your baby in the fun as you sing songs while doing poses and learn gentle Yoga and massage just for Baby.
Friday Noon-1pm
Mom & Tot Yoga is an extension of Mom & Baby Yoga for active babies, toddlers, and pre-school children. We mix songs and rhymes with plenty of movement and stretching. This class is designed to aid in the transition from infancy to more developed forms of self-expression through movement.
