Marnie Bennett, Clinic Director, Physiotherapist
Marnie completed her Honours BSc degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. She went on to complete her Physiotherapy Degree from McMaster University, graduating in 2001 with distinction.
Patient focused, client-centred care is extremely important to Marnie and is at the forefront of her practise philosophy.
Marnie has taken advanced training in acupuncture, manual therapy, mulligan concepts, hand therapy and Canine Rehabilitation.
When she is not practising, Marnie enjoys being involved with the McMaster Physiotherapy program through Clinic Lab tutoring, being a Clinical Instructor to Physiotherapy students, and guest lecturing at the University. She loves spending time with her family, being active, and horseback riding.
Gerard Dannenberg, Physiotherapist
Gerard first received an Honours Degree in Physiology at the University of Ottawa before completing his Physiotherapy Degree at McMaster University over twenty years ago. Shortly thereafter, Gerard attained certification as an Acupuncturist with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute in Toronto. He has successfully complimented both disciplines in the physiotherapeutic care of all patients; orthopaedic, neurologic, paediatric and palliative conditions. Gerard takes great pride in educating all patients and ensures they have an integral role in deciding the best therapy for their needs and its success. Over the twenty years, Gerard continues with post graduate education to best serve the patients he treats as well as maintain the integrity of the profession of physiotherapy for public awareness.
Megan Abbott, Physiotherapist
Megan is a registered physiotherapist who first completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2010. She returned to McMaster to complete her Masters degree in Physiotherapy graduating in 2012.
Since graduating, Megan has completed courses in Manual Therapy, McKenzie method, K-Taping, Vestibular Rehabilitation and Acupuncture.
Most recently, Megan has completed advanced level courses to specialize in pelvic health physiotherapy. She has special interest in caring for clients during pregnancy and postpartum and has completed training in Labour & Delivery Support. Megan is rostered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to perform internal pelvic exams and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Megan’s treatment approach combines client-centered education, manual therapy, exercise prescription and self-management strategies to help clients meet their goals.
When not at work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, running with her dog and crocheting.
Jordan Fratoni, Physiotherapist
Jordan is a Registered Physiotherapist at Westmount Physiotherapy and Massage. Jordan graduated from the University of Guelph in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science degree, Honours in Human Kinetics and a Minor in Nutrition and Neutraceutical Sciences. Jordan then attended McMaster University where he has just recently completed his Masters degree in Physiotherapy, graduating in 2016.
Jordan has completed several additional courses throughout his Masters degree including; Manual therapy Level 1, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion assessment and treatment, Acupuncture and Athletic taping courses. His treatment approach is individualistic and client-centered, encompassing a combination of manual therapy/hands on techniques, education and exercise as part of a comprehensive and holistic approach in helping patients achieve their goals and return to their pre-injury hobbies, sports, work and activities. Jordan has a special interest in sports injuries and working with athletes, but thoroughly enjoys tailoring well-structured treatment plans throughout the entire demographic spectrum by encouraging patients to be an active and involved member in their rehabilitation process.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending with family and friends, remaining physically active, and plays in numerous hockey, soccer and volleyball leagues.
Graham Scholl, Physiotherapist
Graham completed his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at University of Western of Ontario, graduating in 2014, then completing his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in Scotland, graduating in 2017.
Since graduating, Graham has completed courses for acupuncture, functional dry needling, shoulder assessment and treatment, and has successfully completed the CPA Orthopaedic Division level 1 exam. His treatment approach is patient-centered and involves combining education, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and active self-management to get patients to achieve their goals and get back to the activities they enjoy. Graham has a special interest in working with athletes and sports injuries, but enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
When not working, Graham enjoys being active through hiking, golf, hockey, and exercising, cooking, and exploring Hamilton and its surroundings.
Dr. Meg Robinson, HBKin, MSc., DC, Chiropractor
Dr. Robinson graduated from McMaster University with a Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2006 and a keen interest in exercise physiology. She then continued her education at the University of Guelph where she obtained her Master of Science in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences. Her love of teaching and interacting with students resulted in her pursuit of a PhD at McMaster University. Dr. Robinson realized that her work in research was missing something, patient interaction and the ability to help people feel better and change their lives for the better. This realization led her to continue her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree and graduated cum laude in 2017. Since graduating from CMCC she has also completed training in animal chiropractic making her a certified Animal Chiropractor as well.
Dr. Robinson was born and raised in Dundas, Ontario where she was heavily involved in her community through various volunteer efforts and in competitive sports. Her love of physical activity and animals has been combined perfectly for the past 20 years as she has competed in various dog sports with her own family pets. Growing up Dr. Robinson watched both her 2- and 4-legged family members benefit from chiropractic care and quickly began to realize the value of manual care and how it would shape her career.
Dr. Robinson’s focus is on patient-centered care where she incorporates a variety of techniques including soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, manipulations and patient education to optimize health and wellness.
Dr. Junmo Lee, BHSc (Hons)., DC, FRCms, Chiropractor
Dr. Lee earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2020, graduating summa cum laude. He additionally attained his Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Certification from McMaster University later in that year. He recently has completed his certification as a Functional Range Conditioning Provider as well. Dr. Lee is also a graduate of McMaster University, where he has received his Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2015.
Dr. Lee was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea where he first moved to Canada in 2006. During his times in Canada, he has developed a strong interest in not only helping individuals to function and perform better but also developing a strong rapport and relationship with them, via various opportunities such as volunteering and tutoring programs. He has now embarked on a journey as a chiropractor, taking an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to come up with a treatment plan that works for the best of the patients. Dr. Lee’s array of treatments include acupuncture, manual techniques of spinal manipulation, mobilization and soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation and education for emphasizing both recovery and prevention of injuries. He has a keen interest in helping patients dealing with pains of the neck, low back, shoulder, hip and many more. He is also a big advocate of active care so that the patients can continue to maintain their health and improve function as they go through their activities of daily living.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lee loves spending his time in baseball and softball fields, at home playing the piano, as well as with his family and friends. Ever since his time in Canada, Dr. Lee has been a huge Toronto sports fan, rooting for the Leafs, the Blue Jays and the Raptors.
Ashlyn Browning, Physiotherapy Assistant
Ashlyn received her Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist Assistant diploma from the Mohawk-McMaster Institute for Applied Health Sciences in 2015.
She has been apart of the Westmount Team since 2016 and loves being able to provide client-centred care that helps clients reach their therapy goals. She also provides custom knee brace fittings and can help determine if a custom knee brace is right for you.
Outside of work, Ashlyn loves to spend time with her fur babies (2 dogs and 2 cats). She enjoys staying active outdoors, reading, and hanging out with family and friends.
Amy Shuttleworth, Registered Kinesiologist
Amy received her Honours Bachelor in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2017. She has also received a post graduate certificate in Exercise Science & Lifestyle Management from Humber College in 2018. Amy successfully passed the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario exam in September 2018 to become a Registered Kinesiologist.
Amy is thrilled to be joining the Westmount Physiotherapy team! She has always had a strong interest in sport and physical activity and was involved in many sports such as basketball and waterpolo growing up. Amy is very passionate about working with patients and helping them overcome any challenges they may be faced with along with setting and striving to reach their goals.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her friends and family along with travelling and exploring what the world has to offer.
Ron Sawyer, RMT/Osteopath
Ron Sawyer graduated Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic with a diploma in Massage Therapy in 1997. Ron went on to work in a multidisciplinary clinic working alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Kinesiologists . He spent the next 16 years learning various aspects of the rehabilitative model and developing his skills within a clinical setting. Due to Ron's strong affinity to learn and grow as a therapist, he decided to return to school. Ron obtained a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice in 2013. He competently integrates both disciplines to assess and treat the individual needs of each patient. One of Ron's main approaches is to "Find the Cause and Treat the Cause". He believes that treating symptoms such as pain, are only a temporary fix. Searching for the underlying cause of dysfunction and addressing the specific issues are the best approach to returning the body back to balance, homeostasis and normal function.
Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending his time with family and friends. He has also been a lifelong learner in the health and fitness industry with over 30 plus years experience training in the gym.
Adam Hopkins, RMT/Osteopath
Adam holds post-secondary diplomas in Health, Wellness & Fitness, Physiotherapy Assistance, Manual Osteopathy, and Massage Therapy. He also holds a variety of continuing education certificates, including Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Sports Conditioning Instruction, and Sports Nutrition, among others.
Adam has nearly a decade of experience in the health industry, be it as a personal trainer, bootcamp instructor, kickboxing coach, physiotherapy assistant, or manual therapist. Specializing in therapeutic care, Adam’s focus is primarily in orthopedics, such as joint injuries, scar care, and chronic dysfunctions. Education is a large part of Adam’s treatments and he enjoys answering all questions relating to his patients’ injuries.
He is particularly excited to develop his skills alongside the next-level therapists at Westmount Physio & Massage.
When he is not practicing, Adam enjoys woodworking, playing guitar, cooking, or boxing and/or kickboxing. He is also a provincial level Boxing Official.
Ashley Bielby, RMT
Ashley graduated from Ontario College of Health & Technology in November 2016. She is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is proud and excited to be joining the Westmount team!
Having worked with a wide spectrum of people from young to old and treating many conditions including stress, repetitive strain injury, fibromyalgia, migraine headaches and more, Ashley aims to provide massage therapy treatments to maintain and improve her patient’s lifestyles and general health. Ashley is educated in an assortment of therapys including General Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations. By listening to her patient and working together she is able to tailor every treatment specifically for each individual’s needs whether it’s to relieve discomfort, improve flexibility or decrease stress.
Ashley is passionate about what she does and strives to help people feel the best they can.
Cristian Salazar, RMT
Cristian graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1988. He is a member and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario as well as the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.
As a massage therapist, he has worked in a variety of settings. He is delighted to work with Westmount Physiotherapy, where the team is attentive and caring. Cristian has a special interest in reviewing metrics of the relaxation response, and the ability of the body to heal itself. He strives to provide strong and gentle massage therapy techniques, which are best suited to each individual case.
Most of Cristian’s clients have rehabilitation goals that include decreasing pain levels and increasing range of motion. A brief examination of the health history and a review of the mechanism of injury are part of his assessment, followed by the hands on massage therapy session. Cristian enjoys and sees the importance in discussing a treatment plan which includes a home program to promote a speedy recovery.

Devin Coish, B.Kin, RMT
Devin started his journey in the industry by attending and graduating from the University of Toronto’s kinesiology program. While in school at U of T he also became a certified personal trainer and has been applying his kinesiology knowledge on his clients to allow them to function optimally and achieve their fitness goals. After graduating from U of T with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, Devin went back to school to study massage therapy at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. While attending Sutherland-Chan, Devin learned a wide variety of massage and manual therapy techniques and also gained numerous hours of experience in a variety of speciality clinic settings. Devin has worked with many individuals of various ages, abilities and health statuses such as athletes, pregnant patients, stroke survivors, post surgical patients in a hospital, patients with learning disabilities and much more. Devin enjoys applying his knowledge and skills to allow him to best aid his clients and give them the highest quality of massage therapy treatments.
Emily Slingerland, RMT
Emily graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Oxford College in Burlington. She is a Registered Member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is also a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. She has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, she embraces and enjoys the challenge of helping each individual reach their specific health goals. She employs a wide variety of techniques during treatments; some of which include Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and deep tissue stretches. Her treatment focuses on relaxation, pain management, and injury rehabilitation. Emily takes great pride in improving quality of life for all her clients. She is dedicated to expanding her knowledge of massage therapy and related modalities in order to provide her clients with a wide variety of treatment options.
When she isn’t working, Emily enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family and friends, and travelling the world.
Rikki Bojanowski, Office Manager
Rikki joined the Westmount Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation team in September 2019. Rikki brings with her over 5 years of experience working in a rehabilitation environment. She strives to ensure that patients are happy and that their front desk experience is positivie, professional and seamless. Rikki helps to keep the front desk team organized and ensures that all booking and billing procedures run smoothly.
Her favourite thing about working for Westmount Physiotherapy is being part of a wonderful team that creates a safe and fun environment for their patients while still providing excellent, quality care.
Selena joined the Westmount team in August 2019 working part time administration. Selena has years of experience in working in injury rehabilitation, customer service and coaching volleyball. She is currently finishing her Honours degree in Kinesiology with a minor in biology and music at Redeemer University. She has a particular academic interest in physiology, injury prevention and treatment, but she also loves volleyball, music and meeting and getting to know new people! After graduation she is hoping to head off to Physio school to help care for those experiencing pain. Besides work, you can catch Selena out on a run, sipping on an iced coffee or binge watching her favourite movies and tv shows. She loves being part of the Westmount Team, and hopes you love them too!
